The working trade fair E&H - Construction & Building has more exhibitors this year and covers a larger area than ever before. The fair will be opened by the Minister of Transport and will feature new technologies, a test area and an extensive programme of activities. It all takes place 13-15 June 2024 at the exhibition area at MCH Outdoor Arena near MCH Messecenter Herning.
With 140 exhibitors and a record-breaking exhibition area, this year's edition of the E&H exhibition is bigger than ever. And with a host of activities and working machines on every stand, there will be plenty to explore when Minister of Transport Thomas Danielsen opens the trade fair at 9 on Thursday morning.
For example, the trade fair includes a large, shared demonstration area for crushers, sorters and shredders, where chunks are crushed and wood is divided and sorted - a total of 1,000 tonnes of concrete is expected to be crushed during the days of the fair. The host is comedian Anders Bircow, who will entertainingly guide visitors through the many demonstrations.
Test area, awards ceremony, new and old machines
The E&H exhibition has expanded by 7,000 square metres this year, so there's plenty of room to roam, and with so many exhibitors and demonstrations, it's necessary. The exhibition also includes a test area where visitors can test drive the latest dumpers, dozers, backhoes, tractors and loaders.
Alongside the exhibition itself and the many demonstrations and test drives, the E&H trade fair also features an extensive programme of activities focusing on young people and recruitment, among other things. There will also be professional presentations and a reunion with old construction machinery organised by the Danish Veteran Tractor Club.
Among the 140 exhibitors, visitors can look forward to being introduced to a wide range of both small and large electric machines. Many of the exhibitors have a strong focus on the green transition.
