Minister of Transport Thomas Danielsen opened the E&H - Construction & Building trade fair on Thursday morning 13 June, which on the opening day also included the presentation of the Machine Suppliers' News Award.
This year, the E&H trade fair has a record number of exhibitors, 140, and covers a record area. Known for its many working machines, large and small, the fair was opened on Thursday morning by Minister of Transport Thomas Danielsen, who had plenty of praise for the industry.
Three days with all the senses in action
Georg Sørensen, CEO of MCH A/S, also spoke at the opening of the E&H exhibition and welcomed the exhibition's many new products, especially in the field of electrically powered machines with a focus on the green transition. He also touched on the many opportunities offered by the trade fair format.
This year's E&H exhibition will feature demo areas, test drives, working stands, professional presentations and the Danish Veteran Tractor Club's nostalgic exhibition of old machines.
The machine suppliers: The biggest event of the year
In addition to Thomas Danielsen and Georg Sørensen, Klaus Meldgaard, Chairman of Sector 1 of Maskinleverandørerne, also spoke at the opening, and he emphasised the good cooperation between the various partners behind the trade fair. He also pointed out that the E&H exhibition is the only domestic exhibition where it is possible to "go full scale" with the heavy machinery and associated accessories.
